Billing Issue

I am existing customer of airtel and had applied for a plan change on my cellphone number to a CUG plan on 18th November by walking into an Airtel store in Ashok Nagar, chennai. I was given a new sim card and was informed that within 48 hours, the present sim i am using will be disconnected and i should then start using the new sim card, and then the plan change will happen. I submitted all relevant documents and an address verification also took place. But the plan change has not happened until now. I have made numerous appeals to the customer care and appellate authorities, but each time they told me it will be done. In my bill, my new plan was not reflected and hence my bill was very high. I had requested that the plan change be done from the time of my placing of request and my bill accordingly modified to reflect the plan change. Today, i got a call from one Ms.Geetanjali of appellate team and was informed that they cant do anything about it and i have to pay the full amount of my bill which is still showing the old plan( for 1.5 months, plan change has not taken place). She was very rude and curt to me.

Also, i had requested for a International roaming pack 999 plan on 22nd November when i was travelling abroad thru which all incoming calls will be free and outgoing charged at discounted rate. But this was also not done at all until the 27th November, when after multiple calls to customer care, atlast was activated. I had requested that for the period from 22Nov thru 26November, since it was airtel’s fault of not activating the requested plan, i should not be charged for the international calls. Airtel executives initially accepted their mistake and offered discount. Today, Ms. Geetanjali very rudely said nothing can be done. What should i do?
