Fraud and not refunding money

I joined khanna motors and shine motors for driving classes. I paid them an amount of 4700 rs for classes and license. After several days have passed they are not refunding my money. Owner name, Sonia khanna 9911062314, khanna motor(9891023424). Please take legal action against them…please help
