Dear sir/mam,
I am from Gwalior. I’m filling a form for pgdca course with my collegues from viva technologies a computer institute Gwalior who is running pgdca course recognised from makhan lal chaturvedi university bhopal. I have paid a required fee to institution for first semester of pgdca in starting of course at the time of admission. But after six month at the time of 2 days before exam they were not giving me my admit card and not attending my phone calls. When I reach same day at the institute they were give my fees back and they say that ur form was not fill at that time and when i ask whats the reason behind it they don’t have any reason. I have going many times at the institute for study material but they tell this thing in a six month of time period. This diploma is very urgent for me to up gradation in job. But due to the irresponsibility of institution I have lost six valuable month of my life. This is very painful for me..after study and not giving exam. My colleague received her admit card and tomorrow they will go for first paper at the center. We have studied together for this exam. But I am unable due to irresponsiblity of the institution. Kindly do strict action against this institute and takes steps that no student will face the same problem in the future. Kindly look into the matter..
