Cheating by company, fake commitment,Charged for their fault of not activating internet connection as promised in time, even after they agreed to pay the amount

Tikona broadband internet services executive committed that he will installed the wireless connection next day and full payment has been made on the spot. after asking to show the demo of the product he completely denied and said sorry sir will provide you tomorrow.

till one week no one has come after many follows and calls to customer care department in mumbai. only receive fake commitment of refunding of amount. now its been 2 months now no one bothered to call or refund the money of Rs. 1200/-

I have a cash reciept signed by the executive.
