I have purchased a microsoft lumia 640 dual sim mobile. And there was a offer from Mobikwik in which we can redeem 3600 rupees with a redeem code LUM300. As per the policy they were supposed to refill my mobikwik wallet every month for 300 rs till 12 months, which makes 3600rs. Once i entered the redeem code LUM300 i have got 300rs which was for the first month. After that they havent added any money henceforth. I have waited for months there was no update. So i raised a ticket of complaint on the mobikwik. But they failed to respond with any valid reason. Even I warned them but it was of no use. I have even requested for call back from the company. But they never even respond to that.

Dear Executive kindly read my email once again and understand my question. I don’t want to know about LUM300 offer. I have signed up this existing mobikwik account with that offer, In other words I am already using LUM300 and I successfully got my first month 300 rupees I am waiting for my second, third and fourth month payment. Please check my transaction to verify it.

This is the worst customer support I have ever seen. I haven’t got any valid response from your team. Paytm is far better than your team. I have lost my patience. This is my last notice before I move towards my legal alternatives. Either give my money within 48 hours or arrange for the call back.
