Rectification required in policy paper no 2311100089430400001

Dear sir I have taken policy paper for Four wheeler from HDFC ERGO through policy Bachat on 17 November 2015 . In policy paper, some mistake has done due to negligence of policy bachat AGENT. main major mistake is its CC, Body type. Now I had requested many times to Policy Bachat Agent through mail and call for rectify it then he told lie talk and promise to me always tomorrow you will receive copy but still now I have not found rectified policy paper while I have called to him more than 50 times. this company website is http://www. policybachat.com

so I have came on this forum. Please interfere in this matter and help me for solving my matter.
