Most English movies are made to have no intervals in them for an uninterrupted movie experience but the movie theatres here insert a random forced interval mid movie to increase their snacks sales and advertisement revenue. I think its not for the movie theatre to decide whether the movie should have a interval or not. Unlike most mainstream “bollywood” movies, some movies are made after great efforts, research and cost millions of dollars so to deliver a product worthy of its cost. These movies mean much more than just a weekend flick. People don’t pay and come to watch “a movie’, people pay and come to watch “the movie”. I realize that most people don’t even care about the movie and they’re glad to spend money on popcorn and nachos and make chewing noises sitting next to and already angered me but this is wrong and it should be STOPPED. Its a real deal breaker for me and maybe 13-15 other people who actually care. Keep up with the world, idiots. You can’t take money to your grave. Its like picking up extra passengers way above what the sitting limit is in a taxi when I paid a private, not sharing fare. That happens still, in villages and small towns. Is that what India is to the world? A third world country? So we all agree. This needs to be stopped. For the nation. Jai Hind.
