I was going through offers via *121# and saw an offer. I replied to that offer to know more information avout the same. Vodafone didnt ask anything about activating that deal or anything but instead activated some deal(mydala) and charged rs 49 instantly. That same moment i called customer care to file a complaint that i was not provided with the complete information so write down a complaint and they denied saying neither they will make any refund nor they will lodge any complaint. I went to vodafone store and they told me that its not in their hands, talk to customer care. Its not my fault if they activate something when someone tries to get info about offers they provide. They are simply fooling the customers and charging them with huge amounts and earning with dishonesty. I want my balance refunded.
