Negligence of Alcatel & Flipkart

Hello all, Please don’t buy any alcatel phones in India. My phone’s (Onetouch 642D) touch got damaged with in six moths. They don’t have any service centers in India. All service centers are like collection points. they will collect the phone and send to Sallora Mobiles in delhi which is third party mobile service shop. It took around 2 months to repair and i got another second hand black model from them with full of scratches on it. So I didn’t accept that phone and still my phone is with Alcatel more than 6 months now. There is no response from them. No One will pick even if we call 18601808877. This is another third party call center which handles many other companies’ products as well. They don’t know anything about my phone. And the flipkart who sells this product, they don’t care about our voice. I really wonder why flipkart is selling fake products like this. I need to file case in consumer court. In India these companies are playing with customers money. They are not giving any value for the customer.

With reference to the telephonic discussion with Mr. Bhasker (South India Head – Alcatel) here I am sending a reminder email again.
I am still in long 6 months wait. I didn’t get my mobile yet. This the pathetic service which I have received from Alcatel and Flipkart.
As I am believing and respecting Mr.Bhasker’s word atleast expecting a solution asap.
Here I am giving you a suggestion, If you don’t have the White model. Take a black model and change the back cover with my phone’s white back cover.
If you can please do this and send me the phone asap.

Hi,
After 3 months (29th October, 2015) I got a call from Galaxy services cochin as my phone has been repaired. When I went there on 30th october, they give me a second hand black model phone. But the phone which I was given to them, a brand new white model which is having Rs.1000/- extra than black model. So I didnt accept the phone from galaxy services and they have provided me an another job sheet number 872.
After 2 days they called and told me that, they are unable to provide the service for this model as Alcatel is not accepting this model now, and they are unable to enter the details in Alcatel website.
So I need to tell you that, My phone is still in under warranty. Please repair and give me my original phone or same model phone, otherwise you have to refund my money. If I didn’t get the service asap, I will raise this issue to Human rights India and consumer forms as well.
As my phone is with you more than three and half month, you have to extend the warranty accordingly.
Please find attached old and new job sheet from Galaxy services for your reference.
This email has been looped to Alcatel service, Galaxy service, Flipkart and Consumer court.
I am expecting a resolution in this regard on or before Monday 16th October.
