i have given my phone to repair in nokia care while having problem with charging.They told that my phone has a problem dealing with USB,so i have given to repair so they checked any more faults are there or not,they found my facia has bit problem so they said to me and noted on a paper then i have given ₹900 for changing USB,but 2 days later i have got my phone back,it was ok in charging,so i went back to home but then i got to see my speaker of my phone is not working,so after 2days i went again to nokia care(girish park) again then they are saying they are not responsible for this act and even asking for ₹450 to repair the speaker,and when i objected they continuously harrassed me,so what can i do?? pls help me,if while repairing my speaker they changed my some parts of my phone what can i do as a unspecialist?? pls answer
