Got cheated with the offer

Hi,
I ordered wrist watch of provogue for Rs 299/-. on date 30/11/2015. Till date no delivery of product. I read a hell lot of complaints about this watch. This watch, according to campaign is for Rs 2499/- and they are selling it for free with shipping charges of 299. Same campaign was with ICICI bank and people are not satisfied with this cheap watch.

I am not able to cancel my order online. I want my money back. And want HDFC to stop cheating.
