Not Allowing to Port Mobile number

I have requested to port out 1 number i.e Idea 9823322228 and trying the same for last 4 months. Every time I generate a port out code and submit the relevant documents to the new service provider you have rejected the port out request giving some or the other reasons. I am fed up of poor connectivity and signal strength issues in my office and residence and would genuinely like to shift the services.

This my sincere request to help me get the number released immediately without further delay. Please inform if any compliance is required from my end to complete the portability. I am ready to clear all due charges for the account. Kindly inform the same to me.
