I had ordered a pair of shoes through SNAPDEAL on 02 November 2015 vide Order No 9754335272. Payment was made online on same day. Three times I have received wrong sized shoes. Call centers display indifferent attitude and give funny replies. SNAPDEAL does not even respond to online complaint. They have just pocketed my hard earned money and have been harassing me for last one month plus. What should I do?
