I am santosh kr singh from jamshedpur jharkhand i purchase Led Tv on may month 2015 but i instal tv on september 2015. After one month of instal i see the line on center on screen then i complian service center after 10 Days he change the complete painel of tv that some black spot found on screen and service person say it resolve after some days but i found it is not resolve after week then i again complian to service center he again change the painel that also found some black spot on screen he say after some time he resolve but it not happen. Again i inform service center he again come after a week that time the painel is broken on box he again come after some day change the painel that i found two white spot found on screen like a night lamp then i infrom service person to collect you tv i don’t required ur tv and say to replace my tv with any other successful tv if you want extra money i give you but i don’t required that particular tv set.
after that company agree to replace my tv with new tv. But main concern is he say warrenty is cover back date(date of purchase), I not use a tv in a single month then way i lost 6 Month of warrenty.
