Fraud

Hi.
I had ordered a salwar kameez from crafts villa after seeing picture of it. The product that I recieved was a cheap copy of it. As per the guidelines given by them to return the product I sent it back to their designer on 3rd Nov. They recieved the product on 5th Nov for which my courier company has provided me the copy of proof of delivery document. But till date craftsvilla has not returned my money on my account and even after sending them the copy of pod they are still maintaining that they hv not recieved my product and please send a pod for the same. Their company has a customer care number listed on their site which gets disconnected after the automated msg please hold the line. The customer satisfaction scale of their site is 1 percent. They have to return my 999. It is a small amount I refuse to get cheated by them. In addition I hv paid 200 for the courier when I received it and 200 to send it back. I would appreciate help in this matter.
