Refunded Clue bucks credited with expired date hence deducted again without using them for purchases

My name is Amit and this is complain for shop clues regarding order# 73012049 which was returned and the refund supposed to be credited into my account. The order was placed under the offer for 200 clues bucks. It has been credited but with validity of expired date hence deducted again. I request to credit the same with the new validity so that they can be used for further purchases.
