Insurance claim against theft declined

I bought SAMSUNG A5 last month(oct15) and insured it with SYSKA.My phone was stolen from my car in my presence and i was unable to catch the thief. Let me explain what exactly happended. I was driving through ANAND vihar ISBT aroung 11am on 24NOV2015. A group of people started hitting my car from back. Suddenly one of them came on the front left window of my car and reacted as if i have rolled over on his feet.He started shouting and hitting my front left window and I was compelled to slide the window down. Simultenously one of them(Which i later on realised that he was among them) came on the right front window and stared hitting and reacting that I have blocked entire traffic. In the mean while other person stole my phone from the front seat and vanished. Syska had declined this claim stating that this incidence is deprived of any physical voilence. This sounds rubbish.
