Regarding internet data from Reliance

I have recharge 147 rs pack by which i should get 3gb 2g data for 1 month with promo balance. i recharge it on 16 nov 2015 but i still did not get the data balance.i complain this to customer care but but i have not got a penny data balance . customer service assitance are saying that your complain is solved and they had given the data pack but i have no . after few days i want to re connect with customer care but they are online saying that they had given me the data balance while i have not. i get frustrate with this service .when i want to connect again with customer care then the call could not be connected and so.
i therefore request u to please help m
