Pathetic service against shifting of broadband connection from Airtel

My complain no. For shifting of phone is 61289498. With maximum five days limit they are unable to provide solution while the complain was done on 5th of Nov 15.
Even with my continual several followup and there several non honored comittment for service call. It a just one end follow up.
It’s effecting my work and hampered my work .
Requesting to do the needful and teach a lesson a customer care should be a solution center not a frustration centre with no outcome
