MY TATA SKY SUBSCIBER ID IS 1134600632. THE CONNECTION WAS NOT WORKING (SHOWING NO SIGNAL) FOR WHICH WE COMPLAINED TO TATA SKY AND ASKED FOR REFUND.
AT THE TIME OF COMPLAINT (DURING DIWALI FESTIVAL)TATA SKY PERSONNEL COMMITTED THAT ONCE THE CONNECTION PROBLEM IS RESOLVED THE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED FOR WHICH THE SERVICES WERE NOT PROVIDED(INCLUDING ALL PACK CHARGES+ HD FEES).
BUT TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEIR CUSTOMER CARE WHO MISBEHAVED BADLY AND TOLD THAT WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR AMOUNT AND SAID SOME WORDS LIKE “AAPSE JO HO KARLO, WE WILL NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT”.
TATA SKY PERSONNEL THINK THAT CUSTOMER IS FOOL AND VERY FREE THAT ON FESTIVALS CUSTOMERS WILL LEAVE BEHIND ALL THE WORK,POOJA AND WILL FIRSTLY GO AND COMPLAINT FOR TATA SKY.
IT IS SURPRISED TO KNOW THE A BIG COMPANY LIKE TATA SKY HAS SUCH NUISANCE EMPLOYEES,WHO ARE NOT RELIABLE. THEY DONT HAVE VALUE OF THEIR OWN WORDS.AND ON THE TOP OF THAT INSTEAD OF BEING SORRY,THEIR NUISANCE BEHAVIOR WAS THERE.
IS THIS THE WAY TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS? THEY DONT HAVE VALUE FOR MONEY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. IF THEY DONT KNOW TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE NO RIGHT OT PROCEED THEIR COMPANY FURTHER.
IMMEDIATELY REFUND THE AMOUNT FOR DAYS 8TH NOV 2015 TO 13TH NOV 2015.REFUND WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
