Money deducted from bank account but no confirmation from ebay.in

On 9/11/15 I bought an item for Rs 2749 after applying 10% discount coupon in short paying Rs 2474.10 to ebay.
Money was debited from my SBI Account, but the order was not confirmed .
Accordingly, I called eBay customer support they told me that i will get a call from eBay within 72hrs regarding this issue and i will either get a refund.
but its already 72hrs and i have not got any calls from eBay.
As the promised deadline has already crossed can you give me any suggestions of what is to be done??
