Refund

I have to travel from Vadodara airport to Delhi airport on 08/11/2015 at 06:55 pm.
Airline delay the flight with 25 minutes. So I need alternative because it’s their fault not mine they said if you cancel they will pay 914 and if u want alternative then they will charge 3700. So I don’t do any thing. I booked my ticket with make my trip so I search on their app on mobile they showing if you cancel they will refund 3083 rs so I insatantly cancel my ticket but they refund only 833 rs. When I call they said it written terms and conditions apply so you get this rs only but it’s clearly written 3083 refund amount.
