Unable to deliver the product, so they cancelled the order on my behalf – saying that customer cancelled the order. It seems they didn’t want to deliver the product, I bought it on Flipkart’s Big Billion Day offer at 17 October, 2015 10:59 PM. They didn’t deliver the product and on 30 October they mentioned product is cancelled by Customer. It was bought under offer at Rs 5399 but since the item is in stock and its price without offer is Rs 6499, to make their reputation of “Big Billion Day offer” and not to sell the product at less price. They cancelled the order on my behalf. They could have mentioned they are unable to deliver the product. My remark is that something is unethical.
