Neither deliver my consignment nor given the present status of the consignment

I Omjeet Kumar, Faridabad have booked my consignment vide receipt no. 0991B2091073 dated 12/10/2015 provided by first flight courier services located at NIT Faridabad on 12/10/2015 charging Rs. 500/- to deliver the goods to Ravi prakash, Yeshodayan, Tangaul, Hajipur, Bihar-844101. Neither courier company has delivered the goods at Given address nor given the status of goods. However, on net, the status shown ” in transit”. Contacted the courier service with mail but nothing comes to solve the problem.
