Non Compatible Case and Mobile Phone

I am really unhappy with flipkart for supplying the Non Compatible Zapcase Back Cover and Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime.
I informed them to replace the item with a suittable cover. But they told the time for replacement is over and it cannot be replaced.
But in the Filpkart website still the item is kept on for online display and saying still it is suitable for redmi 2 prime. Flipkart should feel shame still continuing the display with wrong compatible items. Even they have not take any action to remove the display for the Zapcase Back Cover for Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime.
