My broadband connection is not working from 15 days I was complained form [email protected] & costemer care I am already pay my advance bill 3 month bill. 11/10/2015 complaint booking date but not replay my issued .I was parday calling costemer care replayed only wating sir wating sir but my issue is not solve

I complain on Airtel customer care executive for unsetishfication response that without complete talking with customers company disconnected the call. And I requested to transfer call to senior executives but they put on hold after 3 to 5 minutes call disconnected without any reply. Plz request to company customers care for complete reply and setishfied response to customers.
