Don’t get my money back from Shopclues

I had purchased a Sony Bravia KLV-40R35B 40 Inches Full HD LED Television on 11 Aug,2015 online from Shopclues.com.

The piece was defective. So we return the product. But they took back the television after so many calls and mails.
Finally they took back the TV on 25 Sep,2015.
Return Number: 1948946
When they took back the TV they people told us that we will get the new TV within 2 weeks. But neither I get a TV or any confirmation from them.
Finally I told them to refund my money back. Today is 23 oct,2015. Its almost a month I don’t get my money back.
Please help me to get my money back from Shopclues.com
