REFUND MANY LES THAN PAID

Dear sir, i have taken above plan by agent dated 16/11/2009 i am paid regularely paid every instalment per year instalment Rs.15000/00 i paid total 5 istalment total Rs. 75000/00 rupees paid, when i want paid 6th instalment in time than the above office. say that above plan is closed. because in this plan UNITS are less there fore above plan closed. you can get your money for above helth sever plan i sign in your priscribe form and i get cheque Rs.8,207.34 (eight thousand two hundred seven and tharty foure paisa at dated 15/12/2014 cheque cns 267006467. i not getting any beny fit above plan PLEASE. DO SOME THING ABOVE MATTER THANKS. MY ALL DEATAILS IS
