i was sent a parcel from k . venkatraman from LP38-D,PITAMPURA , MAURYA ENCLAVE , NEW DELHI – 110034 . HE runs an online shop on instagram named joy-of-brands. i bought items wroth rupees 8500 , which has 2 casio edifice watches and three rayban shades.. he posted it to me in my academy . while posting the weight of the box was 1570grams as given on recipt. but when i recived parcel it had only junk clothes . it wights hardly 250 grams . all items are missing.. please help me
