Micromax canvas spark

Hello,
I purchased Micromax canvas spark in june2015 via snapdeal. one month phone works ok but than I started facing problem in display than I went to service station and they told me that they are sending phone in company for repair and I will get it back in 15-20 days than I get my phone back but when I opened & checked my phone speaker was not working and also facing problem in battery than I again went to service station they keep my phone with them and told Ill get it back in 10 days but today after 26-27 days I got my phone back but problem is not sovled Kindly help for replacment as I have used phone hardly one month than after phone is in service station only
