Housefull: Order # 79394

I have placed the order of dining table set on 26th August 2015 vide order no. 79394 and on 3rd October 2015 I have received the 3 boxes of order. In all three boxes the product contain 2 chairs each. The dining table was missing and in this regard, I have contacted to Housefull but they are unable to answer. After 4 days rigorous follow up, they have accepted to table was not dispatched and will be delivered on or before of 19th October 2015. But when I have not received any dispatch tracking no. by 17th October 2015, I have again contacted to Housefull and their customer executive told me that, she don’t have any idea and Mr Rahul Ingle will contact to you during the day, but have not received any call. In this regard, I have written a mail to Mr Rahul also but there is no revert back. I have a question with them that, if I have paced a order on 26th August 2015 and table was missed by them to dispatch and have made a complaint on 3rd October 2015, It should be reached to me within one week but nobody is able to answer it.

Further, chairs received by me are 50% damaged and in this regard I made a complaint and they ensure that damaged chairs will be replaced by 26th October 2015. But due to this bad experience, hardly confident that they will replace damaged chairs by 26th October 2015. So, thinking to cancel the order.
