I purchased a Ricoh SP300DN Laser Printer from Paytm on 12.08.2015. I received the product i damaged condition. Immediately after receiving I lodged a return request and that was accepted by paytm. But instead of arranging reverse pick up they are asking me to courier the product back. But it is a heavy printer. It is not possible for me to take it to the courier shop and send it. Moreover it will cost a lot. Moreover the courier company is saying that they will take the product if instructed by paytm. I wrote several times to paytm customer care and they are saying the same thing. 2 month is over and I am not able to use the printer. In there return policy they did not mention that in case of damage the product is to be sent by customer. It is worst experience to me.

Once I recharged from paytm to my mobile. I did not receive the recharge. Paytm refused to comment on the same
