RE:- Airtel bill due amount 3500/- on Airtel mobile Number 8800698009

Sir/Madam,

With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Airtel
Postpaid Services. I own a connection, for which I requested the correction of bill
in the month of September 2015:

Here are my grievances towards the process:

This is to inform you that I have been using your airtel since January. My monthly rental was 1599/-
since that day to till august every month i had a issue of net work problem and other issue with Airtel that i never receive your bill on time.

99% I am using my office landline and residence landline I can send you the bill summery of the mentioned same as well if you don’t believe on this scenario.

I called up customer care many times , finally they asked me to go for booster pack. I said fair enough , finally i will not gonna face network problem which is fine from my end.
the cost of that booster they told me rs 1000. I said fine , no problem I will pay and I will get that booster in the month of april-June.

That one of person from Airtel came at my home and take 1000 rs in advance and my id proof also . having said that it will be done with in 48 hours .Afterwards , I waited till 1 week but nobody turned up and that person no was off!

I spoke to customer care executive and told the complete story they said they do not any updations about that person or team.

I thought who will waste time ,forget it .

finally after this whole scenario i had decided that i will port this no . and have given port request but airtel people promised me to cut down my unnecessarily amount and put my expenses down , then they suggested 399 monthly rental plan and I put this no on 399 monthly rental since aug or September .

after that one major issue started , they send me bill of rupees 1734 rs . i spoke to customer care regarding that , they said we will put remarks on your behalf except that we cant do anything.

i said alright, I will not pay the bill till the time you will not send me the correct bill.

finally they had barred my outgoing calls services. nobody;s dare to sorted out this issue intact. the kinda behaviour Airtel employees having like pathetic.

Since September ,2015 Airtel company did not solve my problem n Generated the October month bill of Rs 1800/- Still the issue is keep on going as today dated 12.10.2015

I have received a call from backend team of Airtel on dated 07.10.2015 and said that we will send you Airtel bill copy and We will give you waiver amount , as they could have imagine that bill is not correct.

on dated 12.10.2015 I have received a call from Airtel landline no that is 011-46061062 one executive called up and said We gave you waiver of Rupees 700/- pls pay the bill within time of period .

and she was threatened me if you do not pay your bill within half hour then your number will gonna be permanent disconnection>

I said kindly send me mail from Airtel that I get waived amount of rs 700/- how would i trust Airtel people since I am keep on been cheated by Airtel .

Finally I have decided to call up Airtel customer care and check weather this scenario is genuine or fake.

I called up from my landline no 01246500299 to Airtel customer care. on dated 12.10.2015 time 2 pm

that executive told me that Airtel did not give any weave off to you or on your no. 8800698009

Now after this 2 months struggled and got mentally harassment I am writing this whole complaint to Airtel senior authority.

My question to you Airtel People since I am facing network problem every time how can you send unneccsaily usage bills ? worth Rs.3400/-

Kindly sort out this issue and send me the correct bill on my e-mail [email protected] on today itself

otherwise I will ask my legal team to contact you.

this is a case of Fraud /cheating ,threanted , mentally harassment, and unnecessarily dues !!

I request you to take this complaint on serious notes !

So that i can live my live peacefully !
