My name is Raminder singh and my Airtel dth account number is 3004676978.I had a Airtel recording DVR and I got a call from Airtel customer service that if I upgrade my connection from normal to HD and subscribe for one year @ Rs6800 than my digital box would be exchanged for free of cost and my all HD connection would be subscribed for one year.
The Airtel engineer Mr Neeraj came to my home charged rs 6800 + rs 1500 for some wire and connecters and changed my Dvr from normal to HD.it worked for one day perfectly.But the next day i got the message that my account has gone minus and account is suspended.Than i called customer care for the matter than they told me that their is not any scheme from Airtel that if you pay one year subscription your box would be changed.
I am really shocked that if the company like Airtel is doing such a fraud.
