Idea postpaid no 9890347666 billing issue

My Idea postpaid bill was generated on 21sep. On 21st morning the idea billed amount for my idea no 9890347666 was appearing as Rs1472. My outgoing was barred since 18sep. So I called idea 21st morning to know why my outgoing was barred. Idea representative miss Pooja confirmed the billed amount as Rs1472 n she told me my services will be started by 12 noon. By 1 pm on same day when I checked the billed data was appearing as 6905 and unbilled for next month as Rs1472/. I called idea customer care again to ask about the new billed amount and the unbilled amount that was appearing on their site. They had no reply. I asked them how unbilled amount for the next month was appearing when my phones outgoing was stopped since 18sep. At night when I checked again the unbilled amount changed to 0. There is one more issue I faced while using idea. Everytime I used idea Internet I always got MB available message. My idea bill changed 3 times on 21 sep itself. I have screenshot reference for the same. Till date Idea had not replied to any of concern raised. I was getting wrong notification all this while about my Internet usage. I feel cheated and the amount is huge. I never faced this kind of issue while using airtel.i have screenshot to prove my point. Need ur help. I have raised so many complaint req but of no use. Pl help
