Don’t get my refund from 23rd sept to till today

I am sumanta roy, purchased 2sari on 23 rd sept,order
id-OD103986749943562000/103986749943562001; then after sometime on same day
I cancelled both the sari but till today I don’t get the refund in my
corresponding bank a/c(debit card)…..at 1st they told that I get it within 30sept then it was changed to 3rd oct,but till today I get nothing
