I have order Lenovo A850 modle battary.modle is BL198..instend of this modle i got BL208 but regarding this i have mail to portamart supporting team the told me to send back to product for replacement same i have returned to the product i have provided all tracking detail and same i was check with the courier website the shipment will dispatched on 9 th Sep 2015 ,i have send several mail to regarding this but i did,t get any replay from anyone kindly Help me how will replace our product
