Rude and Irresponsible behavior of service center employees

This is regarding the rude and irresponsible behavior of Nokia customer care center employees towards a customer.
I have been there to get my Nokia XL mobile repair which usually hangs while receiving calls, also my mobile usually takes 1-2 hours to update phonebook after I switch it on.

The attendant at the center told me that they will remove the screenguard to check the sensors upon which I humbly asked them that after removing if you would replace it.
The technician named Ketan rudely replied ( in local language) “Kyun lagayenge, aapko karwana hai toh karwayo”. In short they are saying we will do it upon our condition.

My query from Nokia and Microsoft:

–> Are their any norms that you will not replace accessory if it is spoiled during service because while buying few accessories are provided with mobile ?

This was the first conversation, then I asked the attendant to call the manager so that I can consult him about the service. I waited for about 45 min and after that another technician came to me and asked “Whats your problem ? , I am the manager “.
By looking at his uniform I soon realized that he is not the concerned person and again I urged to call the manager. He didn’t allow me to meet the manager and upon asking the contact number he provided me his own mobile number.
He too misbehaved and threatened me by calling guard to throw me out.
Also he started abusing me and saying such words (in local language) ” Saale tumahre paer chhoolein” !!!

Upon this heated argument their supervisor first came and told me in same tone that we will not provide you with the accessory, no matter if it is spoiled while servicing.

Soon their manager Mr. Vishal (name as told by him) came, to whom I told the situation and also said that if this is the kind of behavior of your employees then I will escalate it and he said “Do whatever you feel like I have no fear”.

I humbly ask to the all concerned people that, is this kind of service Nokia and Microsoft provide ?
Is that the way the technicians or the person attending the customer behaves ? Are they not given any sort of training before giving away jobs or is this the way the technician is telling me that we will do it the way we wish and that too in rude manner and showing attitude ?

I have been also working in a giant MNC that also has collaboration with Microsoft and as far I know we prefer our customer requirements first and that is all which matters to an organization.

Kindly take necessary actions against this service center employment as I am also putting this on government consumer service forum.
