Solution not provided from Airtel

I submitted form for corporate paid to self paid scheme in 20 august 2015.
Still It is not working for more than a month because airtel gallery attendant is changing the process/method every time.

Sometimes says new sim will be issued or sometimes says SIM already activated. Please help.
