Not responding to the complaint

i have got a prob in net speed since 11th of this month(september) . i have got renewal my plan on 11. but my net speed hasn’t been changed. renewal date has been updated but speed hasnt been changed. i have been complaining since 11th. everyone says it will be resolves with in hour,it is 4th day i have experiencing problem. when i called today someone was saying what can we do if net is slow. why the hell did u keep your service then.
