*** Getting harrashed with the services of data usage and balance reductions*****

I have chosen a data plan of RS 155 on 6th sep 2015 with the txn no.- BHR15090619132700718 with a balance of 1024MB for 20 days on that day I on date to access my internet due to insufficient balance in main account as per conversation with costumer service, now have again recharge of rs10 so that on dated 10th sep 2015 so that I could access internet but after few hours when I have checked my main balance it shown RS 0 also have checked internet balance on *130# it is reflecting 0MB data ,as I see get shocked and want to communicated with customer service but can’t communicate with my mobile (7277147201).I have tried whole day with my number but it could n’t possible then decide to communicate with other Aircel number from the day I have recharged to till date but the customer service always replied me that there is server updation is going on.
please resolve my issue as soon as possible either refund my money or the data balance with all my main balance.
I have experienced the cheapest service so far from Aircel.
