Fraud Case for IPL Refund

Name of company/service: Ticket Genie

Hi,
I have booked 5 IPL tickets for 21st April Semifinal match in bangalore,but as the match got cancelled and they informed that online booking refund automatically will come in next 10-12 days.I am still waiting for the refund and none of the helpline numbers are working and no one is picking also.

This seems to be a case of fraud as no one is there to answer the queries and from the company if none on the person identified then IPL Authority who have given the contract for ticket genie that should held responsible.If you can suggest or help in this matter that will be highly appreciable.
