sir,
i purchaged KARBONN KC620 mobile set from snapdeal.com . after i got delivered there was a problem with the product. i requested for the return of product (within 7-day replacement policy). And they are denying to take the product back and refund my money. they say that these type of problems are not covered in return policy. Om askig them 2-3 times , they force us to go to the service centre and get a DOA letter for that product. what is my fault here ? if they are providing us defected products, so it should be their responsibility to take the product back. why should i get DOA letter if i have not made any problem in the product.
firstly they offer us different options for cancellation/return/replacement, and when someone choose any of them, they call us and tell that this is not covered in 7-day-replacement policy.
a customer can return the order within 7-day-replacement policy even if he is not satisfied with the quality of the item purchased. And these service providers trap the customers by giving defected products and then asking them to take rounds of service center and get paper sheets(DOA/JOB SHEET) for them.
Even i went to the service center for DOA. But there they say that we donot provide DOA letter here. you have to go to main service center, which is in PATNA (80kms from my home).
sir , kindly help me to get my order returned. i shall be thankful to yu for this.
