VAS deduction

Unwanted deduction made by reliance co., so many time on base of vas services amount deducted from main balance. Whenever call for this complaint the don’t have solution on it. They providing not any single solution for customer satisfaction… And amount deducted without any kind of service activated on no. Please help this type of money deduction.
