ComplianceOnline needs to change its refund policy

ComplianceOnline says it is part of MetricStream, a US “market leader in GRC trainings”. Can’t such a high sounding company implement a simple refund policy? I had a terrible experience with these guys. A webinar session got cancelled because of fewer than expected numbers of participants. Was it my fault that the marketing team couldn’t sell its topic? Still, I took it in my stride. The shocker is that they are now saying that they will not refund the amount I paid them, saying that the same webinar will be held on another day, for which this payment will be “adjusted”. Come on. What nonsense. And these idiots are not committing about when that is going to be. I didn’t know that market leaders behave this way. Utterly frustrating and unprofessional.
