No pickup no refund

I was not satisfied with the power bank which I purchased from Amazon . So I decided to return it . I contacted Amazon customer care they did all the required things .(mailed me the return labels etc) the pickup was scheduled to be on 1 August but no one showed up that day following the other 2 days .. so I again contacted them and they again mailed me new return labels with a pick up scheduled to be on 5 August but till now no response . Whenever I contact them they are just telling we have forwarded your concern with the shipping team pickup will be done at earliest .. so its been more than 1 month .. nothing is happening ..(invoice no -HR-DEL2-141379511-6135)
