I have made a complaint regarding my ac ( model-kasikoi 300i) handset not working on 29/06/15 and technician visited on 07/07/15 and told that the handset is defective and it would be replaced within a week but till now my complaint has not been addressed and every time I call their customer care they give me new complaint nos. (15062904781 , 15072902182 , etc ) and these complaints automatically gets closed without being resolved .
