Dear Sir/Mam,

Last year when I go to ICICI BANK to submit my retirement check Lovekesh Sharma “Customer Service Officer” comes to me and said we have a excellent life insurance for you with guaranteed returns and if you discontinue this policy in middle of the period you will also get some percentage of returns. I trust him because from a long time I maintains a account ICICI bank, that guy takes my details on paper.
He wrote wrong information. Somewhere I feels there is something wrong in his sugar coated words. Then I find out there is tons of mistakes, mistake are like Date Of Birth, Wife Name, Nominee etc. I refuses to take any plan. After that branch manager and Lovekesh Sharma, Satbir Singh and 2-3 other people surprisingly visits our home and gives us a Policy by misguiding us: Guaranteed wealth Protect or LP / Policy Number: 18611506. They even didn’t talk about any medical.

The policy has 30 days of free look period, I don’t receive my policy in free look period. Around 2 months I received my policy (Without signature) through a random guy with opened policy package.
After that when I reach icici bank and icici insurance office, staff says Lovekesh and Satbir is Transferred to another state, ICICI bank manager sits in his cabins and staff says – He is not there, He is in meeting, you have to wait 2 – 4 hours. Manager met me 4 days later. This time the tone of the bank manager is very rude and unprofessional.

After this incident I sold all my shares ( Inloss Value around 25- 30 Lacks ) holding from my ICICI Demat Account. When I tried to Widrawn my money they “BLOCK” my atm card without any reason. After looted my hard earned money no one wants to talk to us except Premium Payments calls. I say them again and again. I don’t want to continue this policy.

What kind of ‘‘Privilege Banking” is this?

Now I don’t trust ICICI BANK anymore. Just want my money back ASAP. My Advice to every citizen. Please get out of this bank you may be cheated at any time. Bank staff is well trained to cheat its loyal customers, I am attaching my demat statement and policy documents for proof.

You are requested to take immediate actions to cancel this policy and take strict actions against them.
