Delay in giving the courier charges paid by me while returning the product.

I have purchased a Dealfiza Blue Georgette Semi Stitched Suit with ORDER NO. 1132284886 from paytm on 28th july. Due to quality issue of product I have requested for return the product. Paytm initially said that they will pick up the item within 7 days. But after seven days they did not picked up the item and while I mailed them than they asked me to courier the product. they assured me to give the cashback for the product and also the courier charges. after sending the product to the merchant they have given me the cashback for the product. But I did not get the amount I have paid as courier charges(250 rupees).

I have sent mails to paytm but the problem was not yet resolved.
