To MD SAMSUNG, Some days back i was complaint about my SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND PRIME and i went to service center many times but heating problem is as it is even more after. I totally dissatisfied with SAMSUNG and stress. i listen that Samsung is very good and reputed but there is not like that. I m very tired to complaint to samsung but they are not listening to me. I cant go to service center for many time. There was a person named as “Ayush”, said that we will provide refund or replacement of the phone but now he is not there. Service center people are not telling us about the detail and contact number of “Mr. Ayush”, they are not helping at all.Please provide me the appropriate solution regarding this issue. My daughter is handicapped not possible always leave her alone, so i request you to please refund as soon as and punish company. Its heating so much if its affect then.
